The festive season seems to have been more than generous again with Chocolate by the gift bag full.
This morning after moving chocolate from one side of the house to the other I decided that It maybe the first time in my life that I actually bake a cake from scratch instead of relying on Tesco’s to do the graft for me … even if my fear of failure was high, this was one challenge I needed to complete for all festive gift bags everywhere.

sounds amazing. I only discovered ganache topping at the Glasgow Bake off I went too – and can now make a diary free one that is amazing.
I only discovered it a few months ago too but its high on my lists of must makes!! Would love to hear your recipe for making a dairy free version! x
