A few months ago I attended an event with Friends of glass who introduced me to the concept of cooking with glass .. without lots of beautiful glass on hand at the moment I have been looking for ways to bake in my Pyrex glass instead as most of us have one or 2 of them lying around.
All the credit really needs to go to my daughter as she is the queen of cake making.
